What is your usual daily menu / food intake?

I've tried so many times to get started again.  It's really difficult.  
I've gained about 20 lbs and would love nothing more than to lose it and feel good and healthy again.

I do eat sugars and carbs...I know those need to go away...but aside from that...I dont' remember what I ate in the beginning other than eggs.

I eat Protein Smoothies. 175 calories - 18 oz of fluid - 25 gr of Protein.

One scoop of Target's Market Pantry Vanilla Protein Drink plus water plus ice plus 5 or 6 strawberries run through the blender for a minute is awful good. Wait one hour and drink 18 oz of water. You should be able to reduce your intake using this method.

Write down a list of every thing that you put in your mouth. Be HONEST.
