Hi Cajunlady1958!

I am on MyFitnessPal under 'megawatt823' - if you are on there, you can add me as a friend!

I stick to NO sugar, NO simple carbs, dense protein and sometimes I supplement with a protein shake.  ;)

HUGS!

I have read if you were a dumper you eventialy quit dumping if you eat those things.  The good thing is you can reset it by not eating those things for a few weeks and you will be a dumper again.  Most people see dumping as a horrible thing.  I guess I found it as a helpful tool.  After feeling like that I did not want to eat the stuff any more it was like poisen.

Go back to the beginning how you ate before.  Take pictures, do measurements....  That is the most important thing I always tell people.  When you are not losing weight you are losing inches.  Good luck and stay on track.

Hi Steffan467,

I still dump so badly even after 4 years out...I cannot do any sugar, any simple carbs, no breads, no chips, no rice..no simple carbs.  It kills me!!

AND! I am actually very glad that I do dump and cannot handle the carbs and sugar.  I feel so much better having cut out ALL the bad stuff.

So far, so good!!

I am on MyFitnessPal under the handle 'megawatt823' - add me as friend there, too! :)

O I also track everything I eat, including my coconut oil for my scrambled egg on MyFitnessPal; I am under megawatt823.  If anyone wants to add me, please do so!

I keep my calories around 1220 or lower.  I try to keep it around there, calorie-wise.  I measure protein first, then carbs, then fats, then sugars.

I love tracking my workouts, too.

Just back to basics and the weight/inches are coming off.  I notice my clothes fit better, I am under 200 and want to keep on downward to my goal! YAY!

HUGS!

I just weighed myself and have gained about 40 lbs!!! I haven't been on here in forever. This is the first post I saw, I really needed this! I have to get back on track.

Hi Dargar63,

I was so down on myself for regaining and once I decided to STOP feeling ashamed and mad at myself, I feel so much better!!

I also read Al Roker's Never Going Back book, took control and working the tool everyday.  Trying to, at least;)

YOU CAN DO IT!

I am on myfitnesspal under megawatt823...I track EVERYTHING I put in my mouth and my exercise.
