3 1/2 years out since I had VSG and Gained weight... Need Help!

Hi Just wondering if anyone else is out a few years and regained some weight.  I was doing great at maintaining and my daughter got diagnosed with a  rare genetic disease in Jan of 2013.  She had to have a surgery and went into septic shock and we almost lost her.  She spent a few months in the hospital and has had to have some other surgeries thru out the year... Its been a very stressful year and needless to say Im a very bad stress eater.  Things are finally calming down in our lives and I really do not want to go back to where I was before surgery.  I just don't know where to start to get my weight back down.... Any advice would be greatly appreciated.... Thanks  Stacey
