For decades my life have revolved around my Obesity. It’s time for me to pull others out of that unhealthy existence and into the incredible life they were meant to have.
I’m sure people wonder why I speak of my new weight so frequently. If you lived your life from ‘couch’s-eye-view’ and finally broke free, you’d do the same. There are people who need to be saved/rescued from themselves and sharing my experience can help save them. Am I otherwise qualified? Do I have a degree in nutrition? No. But I’ve through the process and have come out the other side victoriously. I wish this for everyone. I’m restarting my life… living for the first time, in some aspects; experiencing the parts of life that I couldn’t from the couch.
