Hello Everyone!

I'm new to this site and find it amazing to know there is a place I can now turn to with WLS help and support. I went in for surgery March 29, 2010, when I had the surgery I was 330lbs and I am now 193. Sadly I have gained 18lbs from being at my smallest which was 175 and that was the beginning of 2013. Since my surgery in March I have had two beautiful little girls (one in 2011 and the second in 2012) between pregnancies was actually when I was smallest. While it's highly recommended not having a baby so soon after the surgery I deliver to healthy girls, both we're high risk pregnancies due tommy surgery. I am working towards dropping that last pesky 18lbs again but who knows if it will every happen. Thanks just a little about me 😁

Hi! I found this site recently myself, I like to read the different posts and get the feedback... some questions you may not even know you'd want to know the feedback from! :-) I just had my surgery a few weeks ago, I'm so ready to drop my weight! Good luck losing yours, too!

Be encouraged!!! Your body has gone through a lot and you've only put on 18lbs and you are recognizing it and nipping it in the bud now. Go back to what you know worked for you in the beginning, even if you have to go from the VERY beginning.all liquid shakes then mush then solids a little at a time. Exercise slowly then more mad more til you are on track again. Sometimes one has to just check off boxes to get back into a routine again. And be positive with yourself. Sometimes what we say to ourselves we can make come true. You will get it off. Great success to you.
