are you asking about the dilated pouch? I know a little bit about that. it is a kind of enlargement of the pouch. It has the postoperative complications and having different forms. It occurs after few weeks of surgery.  And it is generally caused by the incorrect positioned band. It bears the large pouch and causes the abnormal eating habits. It increases the food passage disorders, pain and sensation of burning. It has a conservative therapy means completely opening of stomach band. And other one is reoperation means band repositioning or band replacement.
