Hi I just had my Sleeve surgery 7 days ago I'm on the clear liquid diet and everything seems to go well. But I'm felling a little depressed and I'm having mixed feelings I don't know if that's normal.  I'm not consuming enough protein because i cud not drink the protein bullets or isopure but I'm waiting until Friday to start with the full liquid diet to do some protein shakes and some liquid yogurt I don't know if this has to do anything with what I'm felling. Also I'm questioning my decision about surgery although I know this is not reversible surgery I ask my self if I did the right choice.  I've watch a lot of YouTube videos and I think I neded to stop watching at list for some time. If there's some body out there that went tru something similar please give an advice tell me if this wold go away soon. Thank you

I am only 3 months out. I had a few days of wondering and doubting. I also felt a bit emotional. When I got to drink protein and made sure to get 20 grams three times daily, I felt more peaceful and energetic.  I had been protein deficient before surgery according to two doctors who were treating me for ongoing issues. Now, postsurgery, most issues are gone and doctors tell me it was the smartest decision I ever made.  The results prove it. I hope you feel the same soon.

As you ose fat the hormones that have been stored in the fat is released. It may take you a little time for your body to adjust. Try to get some mild exervcise with walking. This could help
