losing more than goal
As long as you are happy and not too weak - allow the body to get where it wants to go. I was happy when I reached 160 lbs.. and I was concerned that I was still losing... but lost more - down to 140's... at my age and my bone structure - that was too low for me... But after year 2 - I gained back the 20 lbs + 10 more (yea, not cool) and in year 3 had to work really hard to lose the 10 lbs..
If you are concerned - and you want to stop losing - start adding some higher calories food to your diet - and more carbs like more starchy veggies and fruits... You can add whip cream to teh fruit - or if yo have protein shakes - add some fresh or frozen fruits to that...

It happens. My suggestion is do NOT try to stop the weight loss unless you become truly underweight. Take that cushion and use it so if you have some regain you can land where you want to be in the end.

I went 30 lbs below my surgeons goal and 20 below my original goal. As long as you are still in a healthy range let your body decide. I am still expecting some bounce back.

Let if flow. Your body will stop and you may gain a couple back. I too was getting concerned when I readhed the 118 mark. My goal was 125-130. I did not want to be that small. You are doing great!!
