I went to see my surgeon today and by their labs my iron was 97  are there different systems of recording lab results? Anyways I didn't know there were chewable calcium and iron so I picked those up.    He said that there was no change in my weight since my last visit from 5 years ago.  I mentioned that I had started working out and told me to increase my protein and will just take time to build up my strength.  The brand I bought was the Bariatric Advantage, how many of the iron tablets do you take it is the 60 mg w/ vitamin c chewable.

Yep, the chewable lime... 60 mg I think...

I started on a regular iron tab that was horrible for my GI, the chewable is MUCH less of a problem
