Not eating enough = no weight loss
I feel like when I don't eat enough food, my body holds on to every calorie and won't let me lose weight! The problem is, I can't get over the fact that too much food has always caused weight-gain (obviously) and I can't find a balance that allows me to lose weight. I'm so confused. Any suggestions?
