New Year ... back at it again...

Day 1... I'm headed to the gym and planning my meals for the day.  I keep gaining and losing the same 40 lbs.  This is the year I put them down for good.  No more sugar, no more white carbs, protein first, daily exercise.  This is isn't complicated... What's complicated is compliance.  This is the year I fight myself into compliance!

GL,I am so glad I no longer have. To do this every year,since I. Had WLS 4 years ago.
