Hi!! Well, I have always just remembered, this has been a TOOL, and I have tried to use it properly. Walking.....a lot of walking, and I TRY to watch what I eat. I always have the image of my before in the back of my head. I have 3 daughters, 15, 14 and 8 and I want them to have a fun mom.....A mom who can actually do things with them. Its been GREAT!
