hey thanks for your story! Sounds like you are on as top of things as you can be, and are generally still focused on your health and try making the best choices you can to keep on track most of the time. It's inspiring and relaxes me, knowing that if I operate the same, i'll do ok. Funny, they give us a big notebook for surgery and a menu, but I feel like i need another notebook for now. Hmmmm..maybe i'll make one..... :)

I'm 5 years out from RNY and eat 2000 calories a day to maintain my 135-138 pounds. And I do not exercise. We are all different.
