Weight gain
Hi all is
ts been forever since i have been on here, Last Oct I had emergency surgery for a bowel blockage I and have gone up 18 lbs, and I am hungry all the time having water retention, and major bloating and need major laxatives, any thoughts i have got to get this off and it seems nothing works, having some plastics in Jan and do not want to be overweight.

Yikes! This recent stuff must be so hard for you after maintaining so well for so long! I wish I had something useful to offer, but I don't. I also have bad constipation- lifelong issue- 2 Colace and Miralax daily here. Hungry all the time too- lots of low fat popcorn which has the added benefit of good fiber- and decaf coffee. And keeping myself very busy. I dread long term complications...
