I'm Back!

It's amazing how when you take your eye off the ball... the weight creeps back.

So... I'm here again, looking for the motivation to get back on track and stay on track.  Before the summer, I was on point.  I was preparing for a trip to Europe.  I was so diligent, I scared myself.  I lost 20 lbs.  Well... they're back... and then some.

I know the drill:  exercise, protein first, no white carbs or sugar.  Just need that bell to go off in my head to do it and recognize it as a lifelong regiment.

i am with you. i am 10 years out from wls and i gained 43 pounds. it is very hard. i am trying to lose the 43 pounds. my goal was 150. so now i need to be that goal again. the lowest i was was 143. today i am 180 pounds. i need help tooo, Anita
