Liquid Diets are the devil
Well,
I tried to go back to liquids for a week and lasted 3 days, I just couldn't do it any longer. Tomorrow, I plan on going back to the basics and limiting my carbs. I think I'd rather suffer from carbs than to starve, It's so not worth it. What were your experiences with going back to the basics and what did it all entail?

I'm trying to get regain off so I went back to basics. No way I could do 600-800 cal now but I can handle 800-1000. As for carbs, while in WL I usually kept it at 40-60 and lost so that's what I'm doing this time too.
It was really hard the first couple of days because I was de carbing but after the third day, I was good. I lost 5 lbs in two weeks. Not like after surgery but I'll take it. Then yesterday (Halloween) came and though I swore I would stay away from the candy, I wound up eating some and then cheetos and goldfish because the monster was unleashed. I logged every bite to keep myself honest. Today, I'll be back to plan and and I will try to keep the numbers way down.
Carbs are the devil too! I'm having a hard time going back to spathe basics. My job has free snacks ALL day long....popcorn, goldfish, cheez it mix, Chex mix, cap n crunch cereal, golden Graham's cereal, white chocolate cappuccino, hot chocolate, not to mention they buy us lunch all he time. It's so bad I want a new job to avoid the temptation, now that's bad, LOL! Going to try harder from now on, but the CARBS are all around me.....
