Fatty Liver

Does anyone else have a fatty liver due to rapid weight loss? IF so, what are you doing about it? I just had a partial hysterectomy Wednesday and the surgeon told my family I had a fatty liver. My family goggled it and it said it could be caused by rapid weight loss.  Any  info would be appreciated!  Thank you.

For pre-ops, we tend to have enlarged and fatty livers.  As we lose weight, a normal liver loses much of the excess fat and repairs itself from the enlargement state.  We recommend contacting your surgeon for more information on your particular medical issues with your liver.
