Down 7.8 .... Slow This Time!

Good morning.  I am very grateful this morning... while my battle continues... I'm down 7.8 lbs. in one month.  Doesn't sound like a lot, but I'll take it.  I remember the days of 7 lbs. in a week.  The good ole honeymoon phase.  I'm facing the fact that this is going to be a long journey.  I've been compliant, yet it's slow this time. Well, as long as the scale is moving downward "I won't complain!"  Enjoy your Saturday, get your move on!

Hey girlfriend.  How you been?  How's your little one!  It's been ages.

Me, I'm still fighting the battle of the bulge, but doing ok.  I miss when this board was vibrant!

You still in Chicago?

Great job!  Are you exercising?  I made the big mistake of not exercising in my first year ... hence I didn't lose as much weight as I could have.  Now 2 years out, I am busting my butt working out ... still might not lose all the weight that I could have (lost 65 lbs), but my body is becoming stronger and healthier.  Slow, lifetime process.  Hang in there ...

Yes... I'm exercise an hour 5 out 7 days.  My goal is 7 day, but some time life gets in the way.  The key though is to not reward myself for exercising.  It takes food compliance AND exercise!  DANG IT!
