5 day pouch test any one try this????
I am starting my day 3 today, days 1 & 2 went good, I did mostly protein shakes, broth and pea soup, was a little dissapointed today when weighed myself to find only 1/2 pound loss. I know its not intended as a weight loss plan but was hopeing. Did you make any of the soup recipies? I made the slit pea and ham, seems odd that you can have it and maybe it wasnt a good choice, dont know.
I made the split pea soup as well and I thought the same thing! I'm on day two and I have basically just done protein shakes and pea soup. I thought it was odd as well because mine was a little thick?? Wasn't sure if it was a good choice! But I"m drinking a lot of water and exercising. I'm not going to weigh myself until after the five days. I know that it isn't mean to be a weight loss solely but at the same time, I do expect to lose something!! I guess the basic thing is to get on track so that the weight loss can begin again. Best of luck to you!! I think that we can encourage each other..We can do this!
Last night I pureed my soup thinking it would be more of a liquid and it was just as filling. Today I am on day 3 and have basically eated hard boiled egg, tuna, cottage cheese, that type of stuff and Im really not as hungry as I thought I would be. Do you know if we can still have protein shakes? I wasnt sure. Im having one right now while on the computer. Im going to have baked fish with salsa on tonight, I just have haddock in the house but should be Ok. I do need to get more water in yet today, hope all is well.
