5DPT Day2 - Check in!!! Progress NOT Perfection. Forgive you and move forward
Come on guys we may not be perfect, but we are perfectly good. Keep at it even when you hit a bump lick your wounds and keep moving forth. You don't want to end up in summer feeling blah, hiding because you turned back. You are stronger than that.
This whole 5DPT is about gaining lasting habits. It is about learning how to live like a successful post-op. Hang on, keep riding, keep doing, keep trying.
Tomorrow we will wake up and we will have completed day two. I was not "perfect" but I gotta tell you I feel so much better and TMI I got my lady friend but STILL I feel better than when I began and I am proud of me for giving my all.
Life will not wait for you to get it together jump on the ride anyway and have a glorious time giving it the best shot you got right then. Surrender the shame, forgive yourself and KEEP ON KEEPING ON!
