6 years.....needing help
I did so good for so long...my 6 year mark was in December...I stayed at goal at 130 for 3 years and slowly starting gaining..am now at 138.....I'm short so this is really bothering me...I bought a stair stepper this week. Three minutes is my limit so far...burns my legs...which is good I guess. Sugar doesn't bother me like they used to and that's my downfall....getting discouraged any my daughter's wedding is in June...really need to lose 10 lbs.
Year 3-4 is when many post-ops see some regain. You've done well controlling it to 8 lbs. My suggestion is to decarb yourself by eating protein forward and healthy veggies and fruit. Make sure you are taking your vitamins and getting in enough water. No drinking with meals or at least 30 minutes after.
10 lbs is doable, believe you can do this!!!!
