Weigh****chers to get to goal. "Weekly Points question
Hello and good evening fellow graduates! I had my Bypass RnY back November 2009 and then got pregnant 6 months post-op. Needless to say it's been a struggle getting back on track to lose the weight to get to my goal. Now, I haven't gained what was lost prior to pregnancy, as a matter of fact I got pregnant and was 184 and now I'm 170. I needed badly to get to my goal of 140, so I started Weigh****chers 3 weeks ago. Question ....for anyone who's been on the program. The Weekly Points..is it okay that they're used or is the central goal is to NOT and only on special occasions? I find myself using them all and that week I didn't lose. Any thoughts on usage of the Weekly Points? Thanks for any information you might be able to provide.

You're using them and not losing? Stop losing them!
I used WW to help me lose my pre-op weight. I know there's a new program out now but when I was doing it, I did NOT eat my Weekly points. I used them for special occasions or for those times when you find yourself suddenly eating out when it wasn't planned...that type of thing. But as a general rule, just forget they are there! Stick to your daily points.
Thanks for this post.. I have had 3 weigh ins, have not touched the weekly ones, and have only lost 3 lbs. Really thought the Roux N Y would give me an advantage (my husband has lost 10 in the same time!) I am sooo frustrated.. so want to get back down to my post surgical weight.. I let myself go and am so angry and depressed. wish I could figure out how this would work
