You won't regain the weight you loose if you follow this plan of eating
One thing to consider in regard to the ideal meal as outlined in the pouch rules. The pouch rules state that the ideal meal consists of your plate being 1/2 lean protein, 1/4 fresh raw or lightly cooked veggie, and 1/4 fresh fruit. If you are still in weight loss mode, you may want to consider not having fruit with all of your meals. While fresh fruit is packed with nutrients, it also is high in natural sugars. FRUIT IS NATURE"S DESSERT. You may want to treat it as such until you reach your weight loss goals.
