Need Highest Dosage of Elemental Calcium

I have been using Vitalady Tender Cal-Mag-D3 capsules for several years now. Even though the label says each capsule contains 500 mg (I take 3 spread throughout the day to get 1500mg), I have just learned that each tablet only yields 145mg of elemental calcium. That is not good. I saw an old thread on this forum from 2008 with lots of back and forth about this issue, but I did not see a resolution. Can someone tell me the best way to get the most elemental calcium citrate in a capsule or softgel? Ideally, I need 1500 - 2000 mg per day.

Yes, which is why I kept changing the label so people would see it clearly.

In a capsule, my calcium only is 300 mg elemental. Sorry, that's the most we can stuff into a capsule. If you can take tablets, read the label carefully, serving size first, Citracal, for example, is 315 ELEMENTAL calcium per tablet.

You'd still need separate D and mag to actually score them, but one thing at a time.
