Bad cramps after eating too much fat or sugary foods.

I had mine in 2007 and was very successful at reaching my goal and so far have kept it off.

I was just wondering if anyone else ever gets cramps so severe that they want to go to the hospital.

Yes. That may be dumping. I used to get that with too much sugar. That's how I learned what my limits are.
You may have adhesion so any cramping may cause more pain. If you are in pain after eating 'good' foods - then i would see a surgeon and talk about this.

Occasionally.  Heating pad-gas x and laying on my front with my butt up in the air if I'm in pain.  If I'm just gassy and not in pain I go for a run.  Heaven help the person who is behind me...

I have not tried a heating pad. Gas x and any position that I feel comfy in. I use ice packs to numb the pain. I was just curious to see if anyone else had this problem this far out after surgery.  And just recently I have found that moving around helps.

Thanks!
