Got the results of my bod pod on Monday - 17.5% and listed as moderately lean as opposed to 27% on a traditional BMI calculator which puts me as still overwieght. So, after 636 days since I started my journey on February 15 2011 climaxed by weight loss surgery on 06/10/2011 and plastic surgery on 09/28/2012, I have finally made goal and now comes the hard part - maintaining it. Wish me luck everybody and thank you all for your great support over the past months. I could not have done it without you all. hope there is room for me on the maintenance board.
