Thursday and Friday Accountability
Catch up. So glad the week is over. Things are going pretty well but feeling a little off. Obsessed with food and freaked about weight and body size. I am smaller than I have ever been in my adult life. I am in what I would assume would be maintenance and I have never maintained ever. Don't know how to do it. I have lost, been at a weight for a moment and then rapidly gained it all back. Over the last 6 months I had a regain of 20 pounds, lost that, went under what I thought was my lowest and now seemed to have leveled off. I like where I am at but am questioning everything I put in my mouth. The way I am eating is not radically different than what I have been eating all along, but the obsession is there and that is not a good thing. Any feedback from longtimers on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thursdays food:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Coffee w/sugar free, non-dairy creamer
L: 1 cup split pea/ham soup, apple
32oz water and pm vitamins
S: Atkins protein bar
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/4 cup garlic cooking creme, 6 oz chicken breast, 2 slices havarti
S: 1 slice protein bread, 2.25oz pumpkin seeds
Cals: 1774, fat: 79.5, carbs: 118.5, protein: 125.75
Fridays Food:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: Pure Protein Peanut Butter Choco Bar
Coffee w/sugar free, non-dairy creamer
L: 3oz ground been patty w/rice/sundried tomato/onions mixed in, mixed greens, corn, green peas, shredded carrots, garbanzo beans, broccoli, sunflower seeds, shredded cheese, ranch dressing
32oz water and pm vitamins
Coffee w/sugar free non-dairy creamer
D: 2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 2 slices havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds
Cals: 1772, fat: 112, carbs: 68, protein: 112
