Happy Halloween!  I feel like the time is going by really fast.  Anyway today was okay but I am having this wierd attacks.  I thought they were hypoglycemic attacks but now I am not so sure.  I made an appointment to see my doctor but he can't get me in until the end of November.  I talked to a friend and read about hyperthyroid and think that may be it.  I had some issues with hyperparathyroid right after surgery and that is about when this thing started and it seems to be getting worse.  Since I have about a month before I seen my doctor I am going to keep track.  I happened three times yesterday and once last night.  We shall see.  It really is not fun.

I would definitely keep your food journal and with it list how you feel.  That should help the doctor understand the link.  Your food journal looks good to me (but I'm not a doctor).  Hang in there and keep good records (i.e., time of day, length of time you felt "weird", etc.).

You may want to call the doctor and ask them to put you on the cancellation list also so if someone cancels they can call you in to take their place.

Thanks.  Those are great ideas.  I didn't have any attacks yesterday and am being hyper vigilant about how my body feels.  Luckily I where I work has a nursing unit and I was told I could go up next time I have an attack at work and they will check my blood sugar to see if there is anything going on there also.
