Accountability Thursday
The end of the week is near. Things have really slowed down at work. I mean to the point where people are freaking out and worrying about getting laid off. I am not going there. This has happened before and I can't control it so I am going to work on staying in the moment and doing what I can when I can. Freaking out will just lead me to wanting more. More food, more stuff and that will make me crazy and less able to deal with whatever really is coming.
Okay here is the food for Thursday:
32oz water and am vitamins
Coffee with sugar free non-dairy creamer
L: mixed greens, carrots, three bean salad, green peas, pico de gallo, broccoli, spoonful of potato salad, sunflower seeds, scoop of tuna made with lowfat mayo, ranch dressing
16oz water and pm vitamins
D: 2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 2 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 1 slice protein bread, Card Conscious Peanut Butter Choco Bar
Cals: 1792, Fat: 84.5, Carbs: 81, Protein: 121
That's it for now. I am really looking forward to the weekend. Going to dinner and a concert this weekend and I can't wait to sleep in. I hope you have a great day :)
