Accountability Tuesday
The day went well. Getting more caught up at work. Back in the groove. Went to my OA meeting. Didn't want to go, wanted to come home and just veg out. Once I got there though was glad I went.
Food for Tuesday:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseeds
Coffee w/sugar free non-dairy creamer
L: 1 cup white chicken chili, 1 slice protein bread, 1 slice cheddar cheese
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheedar, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: 2.25 oz pumpkin seeds
Cals: 1634, fat: 76, carbs: 96, protein: 112.5
