Accountability Monday

 Wow.  I got back to work sat down at my keyboard and my fingers automatically remembered my password.  Then I got down to it.  My desk was covered for 3 out of the 6 days I was gone and I am severely behind.  Oh well.  

Monday's food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Coffee w/sugar free non-dairy creamer
L: 1 split pea soup with ham, 1 slice protein bread, 1 slice havarti
32oz water and pm vitamins
Coffee w/sugar free non-dairy creamer
D:  2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: Carb Conscious Carmel Nut Bar

Cals: 1633, Fat: 67, Carbs: 97.5, Protein: 105

It was good to be back in the routine and just get my head down and work.  I have pretty much got it worked out what has to be done and all the appointments scheduled.  Next vacation at the end of December :)  Hope everyone has a good day!
