Up at 4:30..no reason just awake!   4:45 am 12 oz coffee w/nsa swiss miss   5:30 am breakfast: 1/4 batch protein waffle, 1/2 medium apple (microwaved), 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds   6:30 am double espresso latte with soy milk   7:00 am 24 oz herb tea for the drive into work..it's cold enough to drink this now..   8:00 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese, 1 pc turkey breast deli meat   9:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated   9:30 am 1 protein bar (home made..yum)   10:45 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda (yuck...this made me feel really nauseous!)   12:30 pm 1 hard boiled egg..this sat okay.   1:30 pm a sandwich: sandwich thin, processed cheese, thousand island dressing, chicken breast   2:30 pm 24 oz plain water with ice when I left the office..I felt horrible most of the afternoon after that herb tea! and plain water even bothered me..   4:00 pm 24 oz plain water with ice..still nauseated.   4:45 pm 2 sf wafer cookies, eaten gingerly..   5:30 pm took me about a half hour to finish a 7% extra lean burger on a sandwich thin...chewing completely and eating s l o w l y.   Totals will be low for me today and this weekend, I'm going to go really easy on the coffee..really easy.   Calories: 1413 Fat: 71.9 Carbs: 91.9 Protein: 114.1   Yeah, probably close to bedtime. I'm thinking curled up in a ball..I might sleep!
