 Well in just a about an hour I will be off to my mom's.  I am packing some basics to take with me so I have the standard foods I rely on to keep me on track.  I would have never thought I would be willing to do that.  There is something about Northern California, my mom's house and just being on vacation in general that has always set me off to eat way more than I needed.  I just don't want to.  I am feeling better than I ever have in my life.  I feel like I look better than I ever have and my relationship with food is the healthiest it has ever been.  I don't want to throw a wrench in all of that.  So I am packing it up and taking it with me.  I am going to continue to post as well, albeit a day late as I tend to do.  

Here is Thursdays:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Bar
Coffee w/non-dairy creamer
L: 1 cup split pea w/ham soup, 1 slice protein bread, 1 slice meunster cheese
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: Steak quesadilla on whole wheat tortilla
S: 2.25oz pumpkin seeds
16oz diet peach snapple

cals: 1562, fat: 77.5, carbs: 76.5, protein: 98
