Helloooo.  Ooow yesterday started out rough.  But it got better.  And today (because I am postinglate) It is Thursday, my birthday, 10-11-12, and the last day of work before I go on vacation.  I am so happy!

Here is Wednesday's food:

32oz water andamvitamins
B: Pure Protein Choco Deluxe Protein Bar
Coffee w/non dairy creamer
L: Mixed greans, brocoli, three bean salad, mixed veggies(cukes, onions, tomatoes, zuchini), 1/4 cup cheese, sunflower seeds, tuna salad w/low fat mayo, 1.5 tbsp ranch dressing
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: 2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 1 slice cheese, 2 tbsp cream cheese
S: Atkins protein bar, 1 slice protein bread

Cals: 1762, fat: 81.5, carbs: 99, protein: 130

Tada!  Gotta go get ready for work....
