Accountability - Wednesday
Today was a long long day because I was very busy..
My eats today:
coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
protein waffle, 1/2 pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup and butter buds
double espresso latte
24 oz herb tea with splenda
1 oz mozzarella cheese with turkey breast deli meat
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
1 hard boiled egg
24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
salad: 4 oz chicken breast, 2 cups lettuce, 1/2 tomato, 1 oz raspberry viniagret
24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
24 oz plain water
dinner: 1/3 lb burger with processed cheese, sandwich thin and mayo
dessert: 3 sf wafer cookies.
I did some shopping today..found boneless skinless chicken breast for $1.47 and pork chops for $1.27..So I stocked up!
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1492
Fat: 74.9
Carbs: 104.2
Protein: 119.4
I did pretty darn good..Tomorrow is my birthday and I'm going out to lunch with the girls. The office staff usually brings the birthday person a cupcake but they know better than giving me one of those! LOL. No matter how I do tomorrow, I figure it's a day off of worrying about it..

32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: 2 slices protein bread, 3 slices ham, 1 slice muenster, 1 tbsp cream cheese, 1 tbsp garlic paste
S: Atkins protein bar, protein bread w/tbsp garlic paste
