The sun is shining, it's cold and crisp outside and my eyes are itching and nose is running..YUP..it's fall!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 medium pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte (more like a triple..I lost track of it and got more espresso than I was expecting!)
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea..with splenda
8:30 am 1 oz mozzarella cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat
9:30 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, peach tea
11:00 am 1/2 my lunch (3 oz chicken breast, 1/4 cup ground beef cooked, 1 oz cheddar cheese shredded, 1/4 cup salsa, 1 cup lettuce, 1/3 cup peas)
12:45 pm more of my lunch (I *got* to pass out paychecks today..lucky me!)
1:45 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated (while passing out paychecks..lucky me!)
3:00 pm the rest of my lunch
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
5:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 2.75 oz pork chop, 1/2 cup canned green beans, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, 1/2 tablespoon margarine
totals for the day: Calories: 1270

I stopped several places on my way home from work for some great shopping deals. I'm couponing and stocking up on things that I can..I did alright today..I'm worn out from the day, pleasantly, not extremely..I could have a dessert later..that will put my carbs up cuz I'll have a slice of banana bread.
