Accountability - Wednesday
I totally blew off doing my listing yesterday! Busy day today starting with paying a traffic ticket at the courthouse..long story but I'm gonna be a good girl from now on..no cell phone without the bluetooth!
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:45 am double espresso latte (courthouse at 8:00 and no water till I got out at quarter to 10..I know, bad idea but I can and will make it up tonight with my ice water next to the bed..
9:45 am 24 oz water with ice
10:30 am 1 oz jack cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat
11:00 am 1/2 egg burrito
12:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
2:00 pm 1 cup cole slaw
3:15 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
3:45 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with alittle ice, non-caffeinated
5:30 pm 2 sf cookies
6:15 pm 3 beef tacos on small corn tortillas.
totals for the day: Calories: 1426
Fat: 73.3
Carbs: 104.1
Protein: 93.9
Still, all in all pretty darn good. How did you do?

I did good and today went well. Caught up with work and things seem to be going smoothly.

L: I cup white chicken chili
