Accountability - Monday
First day back to work. Not bad. Just busy.
5:45 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
6:15 am 1/4 waffle, 1/2 medium pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:45 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz iced tea with splenda
8:00 am 24 oz drink mix with the left over ice, non caffeinated
9:00 am 1 oz jack cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat
10:00 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
11:00 am 4 oz pork chop, 1 cup cole slaw (actually broccoli slaw but whatever!)
12:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
1:30 pm 1 carb quick biscuit with some peanut butter
4:00 pm 1 hard boiled egg
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
5:15 pm 1 slice banana bread (I figured because I was having tilapia for dinner, I could afford banana bread!)
6:15 pm 4.5 oz cooked tilapia, 1/2 cup mashed potatoes from dry with milk added, 2/3 cup canned green beans
totals for the day:
Calories: 1551
Fat: 76.3
Carbs: 116.7
Protein: 117.5
Could have done better but I'll take it. I've been packing my lunch for work the night before so I pretty much know what my totals are going to be before I leave there..and when I pack my lunch in my bag in the morning I include at least 4 containers of water with ice and drink a container on the way to work..there isn't any way that I can miss with that kind of planning..
