Accountability-Friday
What a difference a good night sleep makes..oh, and a deep discussion in the middle of the night..Today we went on a drive today because it's suppose to be the LAST day of 100 degrees weather here..So we went to the beach. I didn't eat as much as I would normally..and we put a corned beef and cabbage on in the crock pot before we left..But then when I got home, it was just too salty for me. Today feels like the vacation that I've missed all week!
coffee with NSA swiss miss
waffles, 1 small pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds
24 oz iced tea with splenda
24 oz drink mix with very little ice..it was even warmer on the way down to the beach..
lunch at Ventura Harbor: 3 small pieces of fried fish and 1/2 cup french fries
24 oz drink mix with no ice, caffeinated
at home dinner: 3 oz corned beef, cabbage, carrots..
after dinner: 1/2 a wine cooler in a frosty mug..Just really needed this..
Totals for the day:
Caloies: 1350
Fat: 68.1
Carbs: 94.3
Protein: 82.0
All in all a pretty good day. Some walking..a single load of laundry..I need more water but I'm happy with this day. AND now it's the weekend.

Glad you had a better day. My day went well too. Got a lot of stuff done at work and approved to take the day off Monday.

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 5 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Iced vent sugar free vanille 2% latte
L: 1 cup white chicken chili, 1/2 nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
S: Pure Protein Choco Delux Bar - eaten around 3pm to keep from going so long between lun at 11:30 a.m. and dinner which is usually around 6:30 p.m.
D: 2 slices protein bread, 2 slices ham, 1 slice havarti, 2 tbsp cream cheese
16 oz diet peach snapple
S: 7oz greek yogurt, sugar free cupcake
cals: 1716, fat: 56, carbs: 151, protein: 137.5
Okay. No snacking while dinner was being made and that felt great. I will be gone all day today hopping between bead shops in San Diego and am so excited. Hope you have a great day! Thanks for your response by the way to my rant yesterday. I just can't do this alone. I don't want to.
