Today, first day of vacation, I didn't think I did too bad. I watched myself but I can always do better.

I slept in till 7 am, which doesn't sound luxurious but that's the time I generally leave for work.

coffee with nsa swiss miss

breakfast: waffle, 1 medium banana, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup, butter buds

24 oz drink mix, non caffeinated

1 oz monterey jack cheese and 1 pc turkey breast deli meat

double espresso latte

24 oz iced tea with splenda

24 oz drink mix with ice, hawaiian punch orange

lunch: 4 oz turkey pastrami, 1 slice tomato, 1 oz jack cheese on a sandwich thin

24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated

snack: sugar free wafer cookies while watching an old movie..mmm. Probably should not buy these since they are really addictive.

24 oz drink mix with ice, peach tea non-caffeinated

24 oz drink mix with the rest of the ice..while watching my hero, Michelle (aka eggface) on the Ricki Lake show..Not a fan of Ricki Lake but I do love Michelle!

1 hard boiled egg

24 oz iced tea with splenda

dinner: italian sausage pie..I made the crust with CarbQuick so the carbs are alot less. I used closer to a pound of sausage instead of 3/4 of a pound so the protein would be higher but I'll count it in my numbers the way the recipe stacks up.

Fat: 104.0
Carbs: 128.1
Protein: 97.4

Mmm. high calories, high fat, high carbs and low protein..Hoping tomorrow is better.

 Happy first day of vacation Dawn!  Enoy :)  I did well yesterday.  Came home, made dinner and beaded.  Got my head and hands busy so my mouth wouldn't be.

Here's the food:

32oz water and am vitamins
Couple of sips from Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte - was not feeling it and ended up giving it to a co-worker
L: 1 cup split pea and ham soup
32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte - the feeling came back ;)
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup seasoned ground turkey/fat free refried beans/sauteed onions, 1/3 cup cheese
S: sugar free cupcake, 7oz greek yogurt

cals: 1526, fat: 52, carbs: 122.5, protein: 134
