Accountability - Tuesday 9/11
A day of rememberance for me..for generations people will be asked "Where were you on 9/11?" and I will tell my experiences. Driving across this country, I was blessed to see how we all came together and were not Mexican Americans, Black Americans, Asian Americans just AMERICANS..God Bless the USA..
I slept in again..woo hoo. We did alittle shopping today..I found a great place to get my vitamins, Costco..I'll have to buy a couple of bottles at a time because it's going to be spendy ($65 for all or more)..but I made a great start.
Okay, now my eats:
coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss
waffle, apple, sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz iced tea with splenda
24 oz drink mix with ice,
lunch: 1/2 a chicken bake from costco..I really should look these up before I eat this stuff cuz I was SHOCKED to see that one of these is 810 calories..wow. good thing it took me all day (2 mini meals) to eat it.

dinner: 5 oz pork chop (marinated and grilled, yum) 1 carbquick biscuit, 1/3 cup frozen peas cooked..almost anyway. I couldn't eat all of my peas..I'll still try and finish them later but for now..no

Carbs: 140.8
Protein: 145.9
Seriously too much stuff today. Now my percentages are okay..but the numbers are really large. I seriously need to go back to work so I stay out of the kitchen..
