Accountability - Saturday
Didn't plan to do much today but a co-worker emailed me saying that the paychecks got posted so I had money to go shopping two days early..woo hoo..stock up time. But the chill time at home was all day long after noon.
I did rather horrible today on my numbers.
coffee: nsa swiss miss
waffle, 1 medium pear, 1/2 serving sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
1/2 chicken burrito from left overs
snack: 3 oz cheddar cheese, 1 hard boiled egg(and way too many ritz crackers..I couldn't STOP!)
another double espresso latte for good measure (I'd cleaned the machine and needed a test drive)
dinner: 1 cup whole wheat spaghetti noodles, meat balls, meat sauce
totals for the day:
Calories: 2339
Fat: 122.5
Carbs: 160.2
Protein: 155.3
Wow..that's pretty horrible. but it's vacation, what did I expect? Well, I expected to be about 1600 but that's just surprising. I'm glad I kept track of it all. I think it's cuz I didn't drink enough water. Or that I didn't do enough. I did alittle but I could do more..much more! Tomorrow is church and breakfast with my daughter and my ex husband..meh. I'm hoping I'm a bit stronger tomorrow.
