Accoutability-Wednesday
The weather is turning to fall, I can feel it. I'm sooo hoping this warm weather goes away.
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss6:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds
6:30 am double espresso latte
7:00 am 24 oz herb tea with splenda. Yes, it was cool enough to drink hot tea on my drive in this morning.
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat
9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
11:00 am started on my lunch: 5 oz chicken breast, 1 cup cooked cabbage and spaghetti sauce
12:30 pm finished my lunch
1:30 pm 4 sugar free peanut butter cookies and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.
2:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 5 oz cooked salmon, 4 cauliflowerettes and a bite of scalloped potatoes from a package (2 potatoe slices but enough of the cheesy sauce to put on the cauliflower..yum.
I also had two sugar free peanut butter cookies..I made them from scratch! I finally found a recipe that makes them LOOK like regular cookies..they actually browned. Splenda is notorious for not browning in my baking..these were good. I'm gonna quit complaining about my day..maybe I can delude myself into thinking it's alright. It was not but I'm gonna put a happy face on it..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1375
Fat: 63.4
Carbs: 84.7
Protein: 127.7
Now those are awesome numbers..fish will do that for ya..Dear hubby doesn't cook fish and he had me cook it..alittle season salt and hot vegetable oil..nicely browned with tartar sauce..ooops. I didn't include the stats for the tartar sauce..oh well. It's all good.
How did you do?
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!
Before Surgery: 214
Highest Weight: 240

Those are good numbers. I am noticing my carbs are getting bigger than my protein numbers and I am not sure if I should worry about it or not. They are good carbs so is it a big deal or should I just go with it? And as far as Fall coming, it could not get her soon enough as far as I'm concerned...

Someone asked me about my iron - I've never had a problem with it before so I had it's not that. Anyway, have a good one and I'll type at you tomorrow :)
