I got way behind on my water today..Just being lazy, I guess. I wasn't especially busy..that's probably the problem.  
5:30 am 12 oz coffee w/NSA Swiss Miss  
6:00 am 1/4 waffle, 1 small apple, 1/2 sf pancake syrup and butter buds  
6:30 am double espresso latte  
7:00 am 24 oz iced tea with plenty of ice and splenda  
8:00 am 1 oz cheddar cheese wrapped with 1 service smoked turkey deli meat  
9:15 am 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated  
10:30 am 1/2 egg burrito from the weekend.  
1:00 pm 1/2 baked potato with margarine, 3.5 oz chicken breast grilled, 10 greenbeans (all left overs from dinner on Sunday)  
4:00 pm 24 oz drink mix and ice, Hawaiian punch green non-caffeinated  
4:30 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice on the way home. non-caffeinated (not all of it..but most of it)

6:00 pm dinner: 6 oz baked chicken breast, 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce and about an ounce of extra lean hamburger meat

Fat: 67.2
Carbs: 106.1
Protein: 141.0

Not bad..I took the weekend off but I did okay. I made sure I got enough water and all my vitamins, which is a chore! How did you do?

 Hey!  I did okay but was beyond tired.  I am going to bed.

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese, 14 almonds, 6 prunes, 2 tbsp golden ground flaxseed
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup southwestern quinoa/chicken/blackbean/corn/cheese casserole, nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamns
D: 3 servings almonds, 3/8ths Flatout flatbread burrito style pizza
S: 2 sugar free oatmeal/banana/almond butter cookies

cals: 1683, fat: 94.5, carbs: 09, protein: 93

Thats it I'm done.  Maybe its a good thing you weren't busy.  Compared to whats been going on for you lately...Gotta sleep, very tired

Yeah..my mind goes a million miles an hour even when I'm not busy..Same for you, I'm sure. Rest up..tomorrow is another day!
