Accountability - Tuesday
Another day..still I managed to at least eat twice while at work..two mini lunches. plenty of water.
My eats:
coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
waffle, 1 small pear, 1/2 sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte
24 oz iced tea with splenda
1 oz cheddar and 1 serving smoked turkey deli meat
24 oz drink mix with water and ice..non-caffeinated
1/2 my lunch: 1 flour tortilla, 3 oz stewed beef shank and 1 oz cheddar cheese
24 oz drink mix with water and ice, non-caffeinated
the rest of my lunch. flour tortilla and stewed beef shank meat
24 oz drink mix with water and ice, caffeinated
24 oz drink mix with water and ice, non caffeinated
dinner: cooked tilapia, cauliflower, mashed potatoes and dessert: 3 sf wafer cookies..
Totals for the day:
Calories: 1695
FAt: 75.1
Carbs: 134.0
Protein: 131.9
Those flour tortillas were a killer..but since I needed to snack/eat rather than take a whole break and eat a regular sort of meal..they fit the bill for sure. I did okay today.

Hey! I posted yesterday but it didn't show up and I'mnot sure why.... I am glad your calories came up I was worrying about you. Basically what I said yesterday was that my weekend was not so great. I am struggling with eating too much of the right thing. It comes back to the same thing over and over. When I don't set a plan for myself in advance I don't do well at all. I don't want to creat this self fulfilling prophesy for myself but right now it is true.
Here is my food from Tuesday:

B: 2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free blackberry jam
Iced venti sugar free vanilla latte
L: 1 cup southwestern quinoa/chicken/cheese casserole with blackbeans and corn, 1/2 nectarine
32oz water and pm vitamins
D: Flatout flatbread, 1/2 cup seasoned ground turkey/fat free re-fried beans/sauteed onions
S: 7oz greek yogurt w/cocoa powder, stevia, sugar free salted carmel syrup, sugar free devil's food chocolate greek yogurt cupcake
cals: 1607, fat: 62.5, carbs: 116, protein: 114
