Accountability - Monday
It occurred to me this evening while I was driving home from work that I miss food. I miss that I could be stressed and eat a whole dozen donuts or a whole box of cookies..I have no food friend now and it really is evident..diareah and hives..I'm getting slowly pecked to death by a bunch of chickens! Or picked apart by a hundred hermit crabs.
I missed my second lunch. I went over 6 hours without eating..I missed a container of water too..I'm not sure of the times but I know the last bit I ate was at noon.
coffee with nsa swiss miss..probably about 5 am
breakfast was at 5:30 am..waffle with a small pear and sf pancake syrup
double espresso latte at 6 am
7 am 24 oz container of water on the drive into work.
8 am probably actually earlier than that..1 oz cheddar cheese, 1 serving smoked turkey deli meat
9 am 24 oz drink mix without caffeine
12:00 am 1/2 egg burrito from Sunday
1:00 pm 24 oz drink mix with ice, caffeinated
no snack
2:00 pm 24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated
4:30 pm 24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated
5:30 pm 24 oz container of water with ice, non-caffeinated
6:30 pm 1 fried chicken thigh and 6 potato wedges
Turns out I guess I didn't miss a container of water..In any case, This is all I've eaten..

Carbs:L 79.9
Protein: 66.2
And the dinner isn't sitting well with me..too much fried stuff..bleh.
