I has wls 2007 and lost about 150 lbs I started out at 335 and went down to 185.  Then after three years I went up to 195 and stayed there. I also have chronic pain due the a physical disability so exercise really wasn't part of my plan. About a year ago I started going to a pain clinic and started feeling better. This summer I got more active and suddenly I've started losing again. I'm down to 162 now. I'm wondering if I could have kick started my bypass weightloss again?  I do eat healthy and take my supplements always have done that. Only new thing is more activity. Thanks for any input

I tend to agree with you..the basics of weight loss is calories expended have to exceed calories taken in..so maybe you could eat more and stablize your weight or, if you're happy with the loss, maintain your intake..
Yes, RNY worked for me but it also requires a lot of work from me!

I know for me my inactivity has played a big part in my gaining. I'm hoping I will be able to get out and about more. The weather is changing and it will be much easier to walk.... I've never excercised persay but sitting on th couch all the time is not helping...
