Accountability Friday
Well the attempt to not drink coffee today lasted until about 2pm and then I gave in. I am going to keep trying. My goal is to go from daily lattes to 3 times a week. We shall see. I also got my hair cut today and something possessed me to put a chunky blue streak in the front. LMAO. Oh well you only live once.
Here is my food for today:
32oz water and am vitamins
B: 2 slices protein bread, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
L: 4oz turkey thigh, 1/3 cup grated cheddar cheese, 2 tbsp jalapeno ranch, 2 tbsp salsa, lettuce/grated carrots/grated red cabbage/peppercinis
32oz water and pm vitamins
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
D: 42 sea salt soy crisps, 1/2 Flatout Flat bread pizza w/seasoned ground turkey, sauteed onions and fat free beans and grated cheddars cheese
cals: 1700, fat: 85.5, carbs: 88, protein: 112
