accountability - Saturday
I'm trying to get back in the saddle..trying. Today was day ONE..
my eats:
coffee with NSA Swiss Miss
waffle, pear, sf pancake syrup
espresso latte with extra soy milk - didn't taste right near the end so I dumped it.
24 oz drink mix with splenda and ice (I made a pitcher of cranberry flavor..64 oz and with adding ice, it's doubled)
1 oz mozzarella chees and ham deli meat

lunch: left over spaghetti noodles (the regular ones..not wheat) with spaghetti sauce with meatballs and left over buffalo chili too..I ate all the noodles and most of the meat sauce/chili..that kept me full all afternoon and I ate it about 11:00.

3 sf wafer cookies
dinner: 3.5 oz chicken breast cooked, 1/2 cup cole slaw. some potatoes too but I didn't like the way they tasted so I didn't eat much of those. I'm getting picky in my old age..
I need one more container of water and I'm done. maybe another wafer cookie..
