Having a horriblehorrible week..I haven't eaten well or much and what I've eaten hasn't stayed where I put it, I've been sick..explosive diarhea every night..tonight I tried to eat a hamburger (I usually really like them) but dear hubby didn't cook it enough and it was barely warm in the middle. I can't take another night of having gassy stomach cramps again...sighn..

My numbers for the day:

Protein: 85.9

Sorry so short with no things. I'm drinking enough water, and taking my vitamins but the stress is just killing me!

Dawn - what I love about our accountability posts is that no one is judging - just helping!  You will make it through - I am just so impressed that you posted!!!  Hoping you will feel better tomorrow!

Well, the ravioli is gone from the house - please don't bring that back.

So, i am horrible at my counting but wore my fit bit today.  While I usually excercise 3x a week, I didn't excercise today and only got 4k worth of steps. I have a computer job so you quickly realize how little you move when you don't excercise.

Off to bed and then running tomorrow am!

I must stop shopping on facebook - just started and boy - that's addictive:)

I did much better today after blowing it yesterday. This is the difference...since I have been struggling I would have a day like that & I would get down and keep doing the death spiral.

Exercise: 30 minutes brisk walk : Met goal 

Food:
 Breakfast: honey flavored greek yogurt with approx 1/2 cup blueberries & 1/2 cup strawberries
and sliced toasted almonds

Snack 20 oz sugar free latte ( I don't want to drink any of my calories, especially in this huge portion size)

Lunch: about 4oz steak sliced on about 1 cup spinach leaves w/a chopped home grown  tomato, sliced toasted almonds, and Greek vinagrette dressing.

Dinner: eggs mixed with leftover chicken fajitas, 1/2 english muffin. I was going to have more tomato but I forgot it at work. 

Food goal mostly met. Should have skipped the latte and had fruit or veggie instead of english muffin. 

Water: 32 oz Crystal lite, 44 oz water exceeded goal :)

Tomorrow is another day. I hope to meet or exceed all my goals.

 Sorry you are feeling so bad Dawn.  I hope it gets better quickly.  Hang in there.  Things are going well over here.  Husband is acting calmer and I am going to do my best to keep my mouth shut and help in ways I can.

Here is my food:

32oz water and am vitamins
B: 2slices protein bread,2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tbsp sugar free apricot jam
Iced venti sugar free vanilla 2% latte
L: 1 cup quinoa/chicken/cheese/blackbean/corn casserole, 3/4 peach
32oz water and pm vitamins
8 oz water
D: Red Robin Grilled Turkey Burger w/Cheddar Cheese
Iced grande sugar free vanilla 2% latte

cals: 1701.5, fat: 74, carbs: 132.5, protein: 106
